Welcome Liminaut, you are the newest member of a very special team.

Once your subconscious has been split and merged with the system you'll wake up in The Compound, a thought space just above the Dreamscape, a large collection of dreams, thoughts, and concepts filtered though the human consciousness.

Your job will be to explore and catalogue these spaces, passing on your findings to The People Upstairs.

Secrecy is of the upmost importance in this mission. It is in no way hyperbolic to say that what you are doing is for the good of all humanity and could bring about a golden age for mankind.

Good luck Liminaut. Your name will never be known by those you influence, but this department will forever be in your debt.

Welcome to Liminaut, a surrealist exploration game.

Currently what is playable is 0.1 also known as TAN. This version of the game lacks a story or ending, it is all about the experience of exploring these surrealist spaces, enjoying the atmosphere, and immersing yourself in Dreamcore, Weirdcore, Liminal Design, and Surrealism.

Future updates will bring with them more spaces, a story, notes, item descriptions, a deeper dialogue system with your fellow Liminauts, as well as endings but for now consider this less a 'game' and more a 'digital experience' :-)
